Lady Gaga is continuing to provoke with her outrageous costumes – the singer was almost arrested during a recent trip to Russia for wearing skimpyoutfit.

The pop star is known for her daring and revealing clothes, with her day-to-day wear consisting of kooky items such as thigh-high lace-up boots,oversized hats, and latex corsets.

And her style choices didn’t go unnoticed during a visit to Saint Basil’s Cathedral in Moscow over the weekend (25Apr09) when she was stopped bypolice for flashing too much flesh in a leather get-up.

She writes on her page on social networking site Twitter.com, “They tried to arrest me in Russia, for leather at St. Basil’s. But all is calm inthe red square, as I leave the east Parisbound (sic)”.

It’s not the first time the Just Dance hitmaker has landed in trouble for her outfits – she was recently reprimanded by a policeman in Chicago, Illinois after stepping out in hotpants.
